In this 75-minute workshop, you´ll learn pirouettes, twirls, and smooth rotations to move with ease and confidence. Jojo will guide you through her favorite spin sequences, showing how to use momentum, weight shifts, and control to feel fluid and connected to the pole. CLOTHING/DRESS CODE: Heels required. Don’t have heels? You can rent them from us! However, please send us an email before booking to make sure that we still have heels available in your size, as we have a limited number available. Shoes are available in sizes 36–39. Price: SEK 60/class PREREQUISITES: Suitable for those who have attended 6+ classes of pole heels. PAYMENT: By card directly via the website. PLEASE NOTE!
