They are a little longer than our usuall workshops that often is 60 min long. ❄️ On this fun workshop you will learn some beautiful and christmas inspired poses and tricks in the hammock. Thea will guide you while you swirl around in the silky golden fabric. You will have time to take beautiful pictures in this workshop, so why not put on something sparkly and bring your phone :) CLOTHES: Tight-fitting clothes without zippers or sharp details on the clothes! PRIOR KNOWLEDGE: In order for this workshop to be fun and feel suitably challenging for you, you should have taken a intermediate course in aerial hammock, aerial hoop, pole dance or aerial silks. No prior knowledge for hammock is needed.
