They are a little longer than our usuall workshops that often is 60 min long. ❄️ Let's dive into the sensual flirty part of pole dancing with a snowy flowy choreography. You can expect some really naughty behavior but we all know we still will be on santas Nice-list in the end, because we are all good girls after all. Or are we? The only way is to come and found out! CLOTHES: Let's get sassy and take something you feel extra sexy or confident in. Why not som red stockings? ;) Take what you feel comfortable in but preferably so you can have grip between your thighs, we will sit on the pole at one point. Knee pads and heels. Shoes: IMPORTANT! Heels with hooks or buckles are not allowed as they scratch our floors and poles (see pictures below as examples of heels that should be avoided) No heels or knee pads? You can rent it from us! But please send an email before you book to make sure your size is still available. Shoes are available in sizes 36-39. Price: 60 SEK/class Knee pads in sizes S-L. Price: 30 SEK/class PRIOR KNOWLEDGE: In order for this workshop to be fun and feel suitably challenging for you, you should have taken at least one course in Pole fundamental step 2 or similar at another studio and be able to handle basic spins such as fireman, back hook, chair spin and pirouettes.
