Dress code: RED and SASSY (or something you feel really comfortable in. Thats to most important). If your aim is to be bare-legged, be sure to wear pantihose to avoid burn marks. Heels and knee pads. Please note, heels with hooks and buckles are not allowed as they ruin our floors and bars (see pictures below for example) Prerequisites: You do not need any prior knowledge of Aerial hoop, but it is good to have practiced some other form of training that is similar to Hoop, such as Aerial hammock, pole dance or Aerial silks. Payment: You can pay by card directly via the website or invoice. Waiting list: Many of our workshops are quickly fully booked. If you miss booking a spot, send us an email to put yourself on a waiting list. If someone should be unable to attend you'll get an email. ----------------------------------------------- You can rent heels and knee pads from us. Shoes are available in sizes 36-39. Price: 60 SEK/class Knee pads in sizes S-L. Price: 30 SEK/class Please pre-book before booking a spot as we have a limited number.
