They are a little longer than our usuall workshops that often is 60 min long. ❄️ Welcome to a world full of flowy floorwork and spinning hoops. Let us learn a beautiful choreography with a lot of christmas spirit. We will dance on low hoops just like our other workshop Frist snow. Focus on this workshop is flow so no heavy tricks upside down which means this choreo are suitable for everyone that loves to dance! In this workshop you have your own hoop. CLOTHES: Take something you feel comfortable in but preferably leggings and more thight fitting clothes. Knee pads and socks is also good to take with you. PRIOR KNOWLEDGE: In order for this workshop to be fun and feel suitably challenging for you, some grip strength is requiered. No prior knowledge for aerial hoop is requiered, so if you have danced pole, hammock or silks you can join this workshop.
